Here we are, only two months left of 2017 which means our favorite TV shows on today will be having their midseason break/time off for the holidays very soon. But until then, let’s check out what November has to bring when it comes to content, starting with this week. Besides what is currently airing, such as The Walking Dead, The Flash, Outlander, The Gifted, etc., we still have a few more shows that are about to return, end or new ones that could catch your attention.
For example, Shameless (entering its eighth season on Showtime) will once again focus on the Gallaghers getting into trouble or doing something crazy, that may or may not pay off. Meanwhile, A brand-new comedy series on Showtime called SMILF will be making its television debut, so please do read the show’s description down below to know more about it. Going to STARZ, the Girlfriend Experience will be having its second season premiere but more importantly, this new year will center on two different storylines. Just remember, these series are meant for adult viewing. Same for anything else that fits in this category.
Moving right along, AMC’s Ride with Norman Reedus is back for a second year which will show new locations, plus each week will have a different guest joining on the fun. For instance, Norman Reedus and Jeffrey Dean Morgan will be riding through Spain in one episode, just hopefully no zombie decides to stop by for a quick hello. Although, we are pretty sure they can handle that with ease.
Another series that is making its debut on the USA Network, Damnation, set in the 1930s, has the main character battling the status quo in America’s heartland. The other USA series debuting is The Cromarties, which will focus on former NFL cornerback Antonio Cromartie and his family as they try to move past anything related to football. We wrap up the week with a Hulu special on the street artist and activist Shepard Fairey’s group, Obey Giant. He is best known for his Obama “Hope” poster.
ABC’s Grey’s Anatomy will be airing its 300th episode this Thursday, which is quite the achievement to reach. Marvel’s Inhumans is having its first season finale this week, although will this be the last time we see these group of characters onscreen? Only time will tell and over on SYFY, Futurama will be on that network, if you want to watch all the episodes once again.
But before you go, if you want to talk about any TV series out there, just click here to join on the conversation over at the FoCC forum. Plus, don’t forget to take a quick look at our picks and the full TV list for this week, as well. Later!
