Yes. They said that they had wanted to institute a new system, but it wasn't working and they had to eventually go back to the old system.
so this year's SDCC was the last year my son is free since he is 13. So i was wondering, can he participate in pre-reg or do i have to wait till open registration to get him a badge? the back of the child badge has no information about this.
Thanks
He can participate in pre-reg. Keep an eye on this page:Thanks i will keep on eye on that page.

They will update it soon with 2018 information. When they make an announcement about returning registration happening 'soon', they will also announce that if your child attended on a free cild badge last year but needs a junior badge this year, then you should contact them. They will set your child up to be eligible for returning registration. If your child is already 13, make a member !D account for them now as it will save time later on. If they are not yet 13, you canmake a member ID account on the first day of the month AFTER they turn 13. So for example, if your child's birthday is in July, you can make a member ID account for them as of August 1.
This is an article I wrote about transitioning to a junior last year. The information should still be applicable.

I'm guessing November.
Do we need to start a poll? >:Dstart a poll with just 2 choices, 2017 or 2018. LOL ;)
Actually, I'm reluctant to start a poll, given the mess that occurred last year. I had to change that poll so many times as returning registration got delayed and delayed and delayed.... I'm not sure I want to tempt fate until we get some more concrete information form CCI.

Bring it! (I'm scared)
Really not happy about this. The date is way too soon, and I'll be going out of town in early November, so I may not even have the money for this.
It's really poor planning on CCI's part. And oh, as a bonus, they're doing it while a con is happening too.
What great planning on your part CCI / s

Anyways, you might like it, but I and quite a few others don't because we were only given one week's notice to prepare for returning reg, and we all have our various reasons for not liking it.
For me, it's because I'll be going out of town for business and won't have enough money to buy all of the badges I need until after the sale is over.
So while it might be convenient for you, please remember that it's not convenient for everyone else and please keep that in mind in when replying to someone.
And from what I can gather elsewhere, I'm not the only one who feels this way and has complained about it too.
(Also, I should change my settings so that I won't get an email whenever someone mentions me. I don't know why I didn't do that before.)

I actually feel the exact opposite. The earlier the better. No reason to drag it out and wait. I actually wish it was even earlier. The earlier i know if i have tickets or not the easier it is to plan out everything else. If i get badges i can start looking for air and book it so i can get the best price. every year that it was later i always ended up having to pay more for air because i didn't want to book non refundable air if i wasn't sure i was going. And if i don't end up getting badges this year i can start planning what i want to do instead and get a good deal on whatever that vacation will be.
And as far as them doing this when another con is happening, there is a con almost every weekend these days. The convention business is booming right now so there is basically no weekend when some convention isn't happening.
From what I understand. In the days before Expo Logic, people used to register for the next year on the last day of Comic Con.
You could just walk up and pre-register any day of the con. It was nice and easy. I miss those days.I used to register for the next con on preview night. Of course you used to be able to walk in to Hall H and Ballroom 20 whenever you wanted too. Those golden days are gone forever.

I'm sure it was nice to be able to just walk up and register for the next year but wasn't that also before they were getting the super big TV and Movie panels they get now? It's kind of a Catch 22 situation to me, the larger the attendance the better the panels and guests they get which makes the crowds larger and makes it harder to get in but makes the convention more exciting which draws more people which draws better celebrity guests and panels which makes attendance larger and makes it harder to get in to everything. There were big movies and television guests in the years before online registration (of course, my first two years were right at the end of walk up registration, so those who have been attending longer may have better data to draw from). In my mind, it's the ability to register online that has lead to a wider pool of attendees. That, and the fact that we are a more mobile society. If anything, big movie panels seemed to have decreased a bit in the past few years. There are more television panels, but I think that is a reflection of all of the expanding choices we have these days in television/streaming. Also-the explosion of social media also has probably had significant impact.
I wonder if they moved it up so soon because they want more time to try a new system, and getting the 2018 reg out of the way now means more time to try new things for 2019.
Personally I am good with the date, but totally understand that it is short notice especially for those organizing the buying groups, and anyone else who is traveling or going to other cons! I hope everyone is able to attend or get a proxy.
Anyways, you might like it, but I and quite a few others don't because we were only given one week's notice to prepare for returning reg, and we all have our various reasons for not liking it.

I feel you. I really do. But to be fair, it's never going to be convenient for everyone. It's been during work hours for me before. Another friend was running a marathon DURING the sale (pulled over during the marathon to a coffee shop, got badges, and then kept running). It's always going to suck for someone.Didn’t CCI give us 48 hr notice for a couple of years? I remember getting email on a Thursday with a surprise badge sale is this weekend . I think ten days is more than enough time. I’m glad my daughter has no XC meet on the 28th.
10 days is a generous amount of time compared to some leeway I've seen in the past. If I recall way back in 2011 when I was doing the second chance sale (which they don't even do anymore) I only had 3 days notice.
I hope I didn't word this offensively at all, because I really really feel your frustration. I've been in your shoes. But unfortunately that's just the way it is.

I'm just wondering if the very early sale, which conflicts with LACC, is a direct attempt to reduce LA/local attendance and increase out of state attendance. This would bring more $ to San Diego and make hotel draw even worse? Now, having said that as an out-of stater - I'm happy to see the early draw because it does give me more time to plan, I'm just surprised, and of course neither my anxiety level, or my blood pressure will be normal for the next 8 days. Gah!
[member=314]Transmute Jun[/member] just a quick note. The CCI https://www.comic-con.org/cci/2018/returning-registration page added the following
All purchases are subject to a $5 handling fee per member.
So if buying three badges, factor in the cost of each member's handling fee.
Aaargh! Hulk smash! I hate hate hate hate hate hate hate added fees. They're deceptive and smarmy. I understand CCI has costs, but if they need a $5 processing fee per member, then they should just work it in to the badge price. So many people will not see this note and then will just get hit with a random fee at the end, with no choice but to pay it. It leaves a bad impression right when you should be celebrating successfully getting a badge.
Ugh, seriously, I am deeply angry about this. Off to go readjust my budget spreadsheet...
ETA: Also, can [member=1]alyssa[/member] or another mod add this note to the official "2018 Badge Prices" thread? I'd like fellow FoCC members to be prepared for it, at least...
So a full-on 4-Day + PN = $281...if you're trying to get two others in as well that $281 x 3 = $843...holy !@#$%
FYI
recap from BG thread:
2017 4-Day + PN = $265
2018 4-Day + PN = $276 + $5 handling fee per member = $281
No idea if the handling fee is one time fee/per member badge purchase or a transaction that will occur per sale event.
No idea if the handling fee is one time fee/per member badge purchase or a transaction that will occur per sale event.
Ugh, so a badge *could* cost up to $286 if it's a per-sale charge and you were unable to get all five days in RetReg and had to pick the rest up in Open.
[member=4434]Angel_[/member] That's an interesting point. None of the creative pros mentioned a fee for the "paid" badge.
Ugh is right! I totally missed that $5 added fee note. That should be in bold and larger print!Don't forget to add the +2.9% if you're reimbursing someone who bought you tix. So that $286 + ($286 x 2.9%) = $294.29
Okay, just stirring the kettle on this one... but with so much time between badge sales and the con, do you think they might have more badge cancellations? And if so, would they possibly have a returned badges sale again in the spring? This is purely speculation on my part.
Hmmm...certainly food for thought. I might have some of what you're stirring in that pot. :)Oh wow...*great* point...assuming you get done both badge sales this year (actually, not assuming, cause they stated it), you *could* have a last chance sale if returned badges were due back say...February? Hmm...
I could be wrong, but I don't remember them charging anything during pro reg. It seemed to go pretty fast and smooth and I'm pretty sure I didn't have to enter any type of payment information.
I just looked at my receipt for Pro Badges and I wasn't charged a $5 dollar handling fee. My total was $276.

Have till May 14th 2018 to to return badges for a refund. I guess they could still have a last sale in ealry June if they get enough returned badges to make it worth the time and effort.
Guess: they oversell the tickets anticipating a certain number of no shows based on previous data.

Question about getting into the buying room after the waiting room.
Let's say both me and a friend are in the waiting room, and he gets in first. So he buys himself and me a badge. Since my badge has now been purchased, do I get kicked out of the waiting room? Or can I still get into the buying room and buy for 3 others?
I believe you stay in the waiting room and can also buy for someone else as long as you use one of the other 3 member id and last name if you get into a buying session. Don't use your member id. Those were the instructions I got from the buying group I am in.
Oh, good to know. For some reason, I mis-remembered you put in your ID to get into the waiting room, but if you only enter it after you get into the buying room, things make much more sense.

I also just realized that returning reg is on Halloween Comic Fest day. I guess I will have to go to my LCS in the afternoon. Either in celebration, or for consolation.
Hamilton St. Louis tickets are tomorrow (Monday) and then pre-reg Saturday. I'm just a big ball of nerves at this point!
More worried about Hamilton right now because that's a refresh refresh refresh refresh headache, and there isn't anything in place to fight the scalpers. At least with SDCC we know the process and can control as much of it as possible, even if it still comes down to luck in the end. That said, after Monday I'll still be super nervous about SDCC too, ha!
I believe [member=3]Chris[/member] was being rebellious and refusing to change to the new name (Have we tagged him enough times?)

Registration Codes are Happening

Picture it - Sicily, 2017 ... Two friends, Dorothy and Rose, each get into the Expo Logic waiting room ...
Rose, in a moment of excitement, posts a photo of her session online as soon as she enters the waiting room, not knowing that her person registration code is embedded in the URL. Do not post pictures of your waiting room or registration session online, or someone (probably Sophia) will be able to use your code to enter and your session will expire.
As they say in St. Olaf, “Don’t post any photos of your registration session online!”
Has anyone had issues with one of their group member's passwords not working in the MemberID system? We had them all saved from last year and one isn't working. We tried resetting but we never got a password reset email. She received the email from Comic Con with the reg code for Saturday but we're concerned with the fact that she can't log in to the Member ID system.
Anyone else have the sucky issue where you are not eligible for pre-registration but you did purchase, paid, and attended 2017 comic con. I bought me, my sister, and husband's passes together. We all went together. BUT, his Member ID says he is not eligible for pre-registration. But me and my sister are. So stupid. I contacted Comic Con and asked why he is not eligible as he is a PAID 2017 attendee, but we got a generated email reply stating they won't get back to us until 3-4 business days, so basically after the sale on Saturday. This sucks!

Unless there's a last minute video or changes, hopefully 2018 Returning Registration will follow the steps from earlier this year:
At 3:05, it states: "Badge inventory will not change while you are on this page"
does that mean you don't have to rush? ie, if it shows Preview is still available, it will still be available even if you for some reason take the full 15 minutes to go through registration?
I ask because I'm in a group, so I'll need to be IM'ing with some folks to see who's already purchased a badge. So I don't want to lose out on available days because I'm still figuring it out.
You are correct. You could take 14:59 and the badge inventory on that page will be the same. But, be swift so you aren't risking the time factor. :)
I thought I recalled hearing about people who couldn't purpose a given day even though it said it was available. I hope those were one-time minor hiccups.I've seen this happen in Open Registration for people who have already purchased a specific day and need to fill in the rest of their days. Even though a day has plenty of inventory, the person buying may already have it and so the option will be grayed out.

Anyone else got the Golden Girls theme song stuck in their head now? :D
Actually I'm referring to something slightly different. Nothing is greyed out or shown as unavailable when a user first gets to the page, but when the user tries to buy a particular day, the UI returns an error saying that day is no longer available.I believe, in previous years-I don't remember how long ago, badges were held for 5 minutes on the purchase page, and then when you got to the payment page, you had 15 minutes. So, someone could select the badges, wait too long and when they went to the payment page, they may have not been available any longer. Or am I remembering incorrectly?
I don't know if this is what actually happened, but I seem to recall this happening to a couple people. And this was in PreReg.
Here's my dilemma: my husband, myself, and a friend have helped each other buy badges every year for 6 years. One of us always manages to get in and buy for the others. But this year, our friend will be on the road and can't physically participate. He's given us his code and we will use a second computer so that "he" can still participate. The complication is that he has asked 2 separate people who are also eligible for returning registration to buy for him in the event they make it in. So my question is, what happens if one of them gets in first, buys for him (as one of the 3 badges they can buy), then "he" gets in on our computer and we use his account to try to buy badges for ourselves and him? Isn't that a second badge for him? Will the system allow it? If "he" gets in but neither me or my husband do, are we out of luck? Just such a nail biter of a situation but that's the worst case scenario. Thanks in advance for any advice.

Just such a nail biter of a situation but that's the worst case scenario. Thanks in advance for any advice.

Do not refresh while you are in the Expo Logic waiting room! The Expo Logic waiting room will automatically refresh every 120 seconds. If the blue circle is spinning, your page is active! Refreshing your browser in the waiting room may cause technical difficulties or remove you from the waiting room.
If at any time you are disconnected from the Expo Logic waiting room, simply return to the landing page and enter your personal registration code again. You will be put back in the same random group you were assigned. This only applies to registration codes that were authorized prior to 9:00 AM Pacific Daylight Time (PDT).
Your personal registration code will only authorize one device and one browser to enter the Expo Logic waiting room. If you attempt to enter your registration code on a different device and/or browser, your registration code will authorize the NEW device and your old device and/or browser session will expire. You may not run multiple tabs or sessions of the waiting room within the same browser. We strongly recommend that you log in to the waiting room using only the computer and browser you plan to use on the day of the sale.
The Expo Logic landing page will open for registration code entry at 8:00 AM PDT on the day of the badge sale. You do not need to rush to the landing page at 8:00 AM PDT! Eligible attendees will have one full hour to enter their registration code and authorize their device/browser to enter the waiting room. Early arrival to the waiting room does not provide any advantage over those who arrive later than you.
Shortly after 9:00 AM PDT, Expo Logic will begin randomly moving groups from the waiting room to a registration session. It does not matter what time you entered the waiting room and entry to the waiting room does not guarantee you a registration session. Not all members will be selected for a registration session.
The Expo Logic waiting room will close for entry at 9:00 AM PDT. You cannot enter the waiting room after 9:00 AM PDT! Admittance to the waiting room does not guarantee you a badge or a registration session.
If you are selected for a registration session, you will need to enter an eligible Comic-Con Member ID and LAST NAME. Do not enter your Member ID and password. Only Member IDs that have not yet been used for a registration session will be eligible.
Once you have successfully logged in to a registration session, you will be prompted to select the number of people you are purchasing badges for during the sale: 1, 2, or 3. Pay close attention to the number of people you select, as you will not be able to return to this page.
You will have 15 minutes to complete your entire registration session and purchase! We strongly recommend having your credit card information ready and all of the Member IDs and last names of the people you are purchasing badges for. A delay in inputting this information may cause your session to expire.
*Important* It is critical that you do not use your browser’s back button during any step of your registration session! If you need to remove a badge selection, you will be given the option on the final review page. Comic-Con International cannot guarantee that your Expo Logic registration session will behave as expected if you use your back button during any step of the registration process.
IMPORTANT: You must enter your registration code below before 9:00 AM Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) to be eligible to participate in Returning Registration. The waiting room will CLOSE for entry at 9:00 AM PDT.
Only enter your registration code when you are on the computer/device you will be using for today's sale. Once your registration code has been entered, only that computer/device and browser will be authorized to enter the waiting room.
Registration Code
If you are disconnected from the waiting room at any point, please return to this page and log back in using your registration code. Only registration codes that were authorized before 9:00 AM PDT will be allowed re-entry to the waiting room.
If you are eligible to participate in Returning Registration and do not know your registration code, simply log in to your Comic-Con Member ID account at https://secure2.comic-con.org/memberid/ Your registration code and information can be found under the "Registration Info" tab. If no registration code is displayed, you are not eligible for today's sale.
We strongly recommend that you read the Comic-Con 2018 Returning Registration instructions at www.comic-con.org/cci/2018/returning-registration before you begin your registration session.
Time for the dance of the spinning blue wheel(s).
My nerves are shot this morning, almost had a heart attack for some reason my bank showed I had no money in it. Quick call to bank and it was fixed but darn if it didn’t make things worse. Thanks for the reminder...just checked!

All gone. Nothing for me. And then depression set in.
Today was weird. Sis got us our badges at about 15 minutes in. Stayed in to help, but never got past the waiting room.
It took so much longer to sale out of Saturday. It took almost 15 AFTER 4 days with preview sold out.
Sunday was still available at 10:15.
I wonder if they might have put more badges towards this sale vs. what they plan to release for general?
Modify message
According to SDCCBlog it took about 58 minutes to sell out last year, in returning reg. I think it's probably more likely that they adjusted the amount of people who got in, slightly or there was a bit slower on peoples parts to confirm through the check-out. I definitely know my entire group took longer for each session to confirm and get fully through than past years.
I think there's definitely a feel of not needing to rush so much once you get into that check out screen. I did it quickly but still felt better about watching each click carefully and taking my time so there's no mistakes.
Oh I know, but there was a bit of a panic with one payment on one or two transactions. Meaning, I told them to have their payment info ready and have it confirmed etc. and they didn't.whew. oh no.
Didn't help that when I got to the actual payment screen, personally, the timer froze so I couldn't actually tell how much time I had left.
whew. oh no.
It wasn’t quite a record, but badges for next year’s Comic-Con still sold out rapidly Saturday morning. Fans, though, need not despair because there will still be one more sale this year. Badges for all four days of the July convention, plus the preview night, were gone in a little more than an hour in an online sale that was reserved for those who had attended this year’s Comic-Con. A second and final sale will occur later this year for anyone wishing to attend the convention, which will be held between July 19 and 22.
The online sale opened at 9 a.m. and by 10:13 a.m. all badges were sold, with the Saturday admissions going the quickest. It was the tweet from Comic-Con International that purchasers were dreading all morning:
https://twitter.com/Comic_Con/status/924323408841662465
Convention organizers have not yet set a date for what is called open registration, which does not require purchasers to have attended previously. Comic-Con fans expressed their disappointment via Twitter but held out hope for the upcoming sale. Badge prices rose slightly this year, with admission for the most popular days - Thursday, Friday and Saturday - now $63, up from $60 this year. The cost of a Sunday admission is $42, up from $40. Comic-Con’s contract to operate out of the Convention Center had been due to expire next year, but earlier this year, agreement on a new three-year contract was reached that will keep the convention here through 2021.
Bad news: we had a pseudo-emergency with our toddler and had to take him to the ER early this morning. I wasn't able to check in w/our groupSorry to hear, but glad your toddler is okay!
Good news: my bro-in-law did me a HUGE solid and was able to procure badges for myself, 15 year old son, and my wife. I was logged in on my phone but was never able to get through.
I hate feeling like I let the group down, especially since my phone never got through on the sales. But myself, my wife, and a few others will have CCI ID's available for the group in the fight for General Reg. (which hopefully is NOT the last weekend of the month - teachers in CA generally get paid once a month, at the beginning, so by this point in the month finances are generally tight, though manageable).
Cheers to those who got through: MAD PROPS to groups that were able to excel and help each other out (the 35ish or so in our group that participated this am ALL were able to get at least a badge, with many seemingly able to get 4-Day). Those those who were not chosen, maybe the luck be with you in General Reg; those in my group who might've missed out today I'll have your back at Gen. Reg!
Oh; any my kid is OK (albeit incredibly clutzy, he has no broken bones or stitches)

Someone who already got a guest badge for herself bought me a 4-day w/Preview and my brother's fiancee a Saturday badge (her request).
Two of my three browsers' turns came up. With the first browser (Chrome), I bought both of mllNY's friends 4-days w/out Preview, as well as Angology's friend a 4-day badge. With the second browser (Safari), I bought AzT's sister a 2-day Thursday-Sunday badge even though she only wanted Saturday. I tried to enter a second name, but for some reason, it wouldn't accept it even though I checked the spelling.
Once only Sunday badges were available and that we were taken care of, I closed my Firefox browser.
Still waiting for my barcode email, a couple of my friends have gotten them already.
My sister got hers, but I have not seen mine yet. I was surprised it came so soon.Same here, my daughter got hers last night but I haven’t received mine yet. I did get the receipt that my credit card was charged.

This tweet makes me uneasy. I'm sure this has been debated countless times over the years. I understand the argument, but if everybody jumped in for one open registration, Epic's servers could crash. Click photo to enlarge.

The Demand outweighs the supply. There's no way to make everyone happy!!!Very true! There is going to be sour grapes after every sale. If one believes "everyone should get a turn", then comic con generally is not the right event for that person.
We weren't planning on going but at the last minute decided to login to keep the streak alive and almost an hour in we got Thursday and Sunday. Almost missed login time too.
Just when I thought I was out...they pull me back in!

If anything, you should always try and purchase at least one day per year so that you can keep your ability to participate in RetReg the following year.True but with RFID could scanning in/out be the determining factor for RetReg?
Random note: I had a friend who said that for the first time with this year, his confirmation went to his spam folder in his email, so if you have not received yours, please be sure to check there.

If you were in a group, and someone else bought your badge, their credit card may have been declined. They should have gotten an email from Epic/Expo. Check with your buyer.
I think they are doing it by lowest level of anxiety to highest.
Are they doing it alphabetically by last name? No; my wife and teen son also get badges and they both got their bar codes Sunday.

Still haven't gotten a bar code yet either, seems like a lot of people might be contacting CCI come tomorrow.
Same person bought mine and my daughters.... daughter got her barcode, I haven't....My daughter got hers too but I have yet to receive mine. At least I have the receipt and the charge has gone through on my CC
this is so CCI...
I wonder if they not only send in waves but also send by how many days you bought. My friends who have 4-day + Preview already got theirs, but I have 4-day No Preview.
So is everyone who is missing theirs the credit cardholder?Nope

How about people with dark brown hair w/blonde highlights and freshly trimmed goatees? That's probably the hold up for us all, right?! Or maybe drummers: CCI is prolonging letting drummers in the door as long as they possibly can? :P :P

I just want my barcode so I can start worrying about about a place to stay

One thing I noticed over the last several years is everytime the barcodes go out, there is this small minority that gets theirs super early right after registration, then there's a lull. After that most of us get ours much later. I wonder why is that?
It’s early on the West Coast. I would give it at least 5 hours before expecting an answer.Yeah, I remember that, but then maybe that also means my email gets to them earlier when they get online :)

No barcode email this morning, so I sent an email through the "Contact Us" link about it. Hopefully hear back soon.We look forward to hearing the response. I suspect calling may be quicker and after 3-4 days it seems plausible the barcodes will have arrived. Also, I suspect the response will be "these things take time you should be receiving them withing x-number of days" or something.
i've posted a poll on Twitter re if folks have gotten their badge codes or not.I Voted.

Expo is on East Coast time and they close at 2pm PT, so I guess I won't hear from them until tomorrow at the earliest.
They close at 2pm? That is a bit odd. Oh well, I gave up on waiting and just emailed them, too.
They close at 5pm East Coast time. I live on the West Coast so I had until 2pm my time to contact them.
Got a response from support, as well as my barcode...Trophy 1 Unlocked, next Trophy: Hotelpocalypse!Good luck; I have never had the "pleasure" of working with that system so I can only imagine the...fun of having to 'fight' to get hotel accommodations after winning to badge lotto.

LOL! That isn't lost on me! Just that in case I don't get my badge in the mail, at least I will have something to bring to the convention center to get a new badge. Plus it's official confirmation that, yes, I bought a badge.
Tagging on this-- why does SDCC still send out barcodes, knowing that we don't really need them? Things that make my head spin. :-X
You need them if you are international, or if they lose your badge in the mail. In these cases you would pickup onsite.\\
Well that was faster then I thought it would be.... barcode arrived and tucked away for safe keepingSave it, "Star" it, print it and put it in a file folder, save it to your cloud drive, put it in a safe, take a picture of it...
Save it, "Star" it, print it and put it in a file folder, save it to your cloud drive, put it in a safe, take a picture of it...I saved it, printed it and sent a copy to my daughter to hang on to.... hopefully that is enough.... I seem to be a magnet for badge trouble... last year during open it gave the people trying to buy for me an error code.... fortunately they had a screen shot and I was able to get the badges.....
I know I do at least 3 of the above :)

Still haven't received my barcode; sent an email to Expo.... what should I have included in it?I sent a copy of my credit card receipt last night around 6pm PT (well after business close) and when I woke up this am a little before 6am it had already been sent to me (or "resent" as they say).
Wondering now if I gave them enough of my info???
Sent an email last night and got my barcode around Noon today. That was what I included ..... tho I had a screen shot of the confirmation page that I could have sent too.... wasn't sure if that was enough. Obviously it was.... guessing all they really needed was the email address to match the one in their records.
I included my memberid, last name, and email address in my request.

My husband got his barcode email this morning (thank you [member=460]Andrew Costa Mesa[/member] for sending an email on his behalf). Bought 3 badges on Saturday, and no one on my order has received a barcode as of this afternoon. I just emailed Expologic at about 2:30 pm Pacific time with the order number and IDs and email addresses and asked them to resend all 3 confirmations.
Based on my experience, you should get them early next morning (Friday). They close at 2 pm Pacific time.

The thing is that from what i know and seen, there are so many different badges so to speak and the place can only hold so much traffic that is why they have any possible offsite promotions. i kinda use metaphor and see badge sales like fishing, u toss ur line in water and wait for fish or a badge and if u get a pulled in to buy then u have a chance to catch so many at one time if others dont take any or all of them before u do. so u either catch a badge or just go home empty but know u can always enjoy any swag and events around the con.LOL-my husband, and avid fisherman, would approve of this metaphor! I am happy that someone in our boat snagged us a couple of 4 days (Thank you again [member=283]Devorah[/member] and [member=460]Andrew Costa Mesa[/member]!)
