So, for anyone trying to guage how long it takes to get a response, CCI received my application on 9/1. Response was received back today.That's one hurdle cleared. Thank you CCI.

Thanks. As cool as that would be, I think anyone with pro status who didn't have to reapply would already have a confirmed badge.
I believe your status applies to both. I've never attended WonderCon, but see that I did receive emails notifying me when pro registration for WC was open. I did not receive a separate approval for WonderCon.
Giving this another second of thought. I might be the first person to have a confirmed badge for Comic-Con 2019.
