I was wondering if I could bring my own items for the booth signings (an extra pair of boxing gloves for Mike tyson to sign while he's at the WB booth). Anyone know?

Yes they have a pile of posters that everyone gets to have signed. Surprisingly one time at NYCC I had brought something for a cast to sign and they kindly signed that as well as the provided poster (as did Finn Jones at an iron fist signing) but it's not a usual thing

Depends on who when adult swim was around you can bring your own items. But its almost always no for the bigger booth signings. I do know Tyson will only sign gloves for charity now after talking to one of the security guys who's been with him before outside of con.

The WB, Fox, etc will only sign the provided item.
They do that to get as many fans through the lines as possible.
It's the same reason they don't want posed photos.
While it seems like the studio is being 'mean' it is trying to help the fans at the end of the line get a signature too.

You 100% can NOT bring anything to be signed at the big booths. So not at WB, not at Fox, not at ABC. You get a promotional poster and that's what they sign and that's all they sign. They are very strict about this and if you try it, you will be removed.

You can bring stuff to the signings for comic book artists and writers, but not the bigs. And WB won't even let you take pics. You must put your camera away before they let you into the autograph area and they really push you through fast. You barely get to say hi....it's a real whirlwind. I've done this for several years at SDCC. Sometimes Fox will let you quickly take a picture, but no selfies, other times Fox has said they don't have enough time for people to take any pictures and you have to put your camera away there too or security will remove you. I still think it's a great time though and that the experience is worth it. I've gotten some great autographs at SDCC and Wondercon from Fox and WB.

In all that experience, have you ever tried to get something other than the poster signed at WB?  I was really hoping to have the JL cast all sign a JL comic (or even just one of them), but it sounds like odds of that are pretty low...

No, it's roped off and they make you put everything away before they let you in to walk up to the signing table from the queue. You can't have anything in your hands. I've always just done as told because I've seen them remove people who tried to get things out. That booth runs the tightest ship with large security guards in suits around the perimeter during the sessions. They don't hesitate.
