The week in TV: 6/12/16 – Bye Bye CloneClub & Hello Orange

There are a few new entries this week including The Last Ship, Braindead, and more importantly the return of Orange is the New Black. The week also brings the fantastic season of Orphan Black to a close. We have only a few episodes left in the current season of Game of Thrones and HBO was kind enough to make finale will be a full 60 minutes.

Following a new episode of the highly anticipated drama “Preacher,” “Ride with Norman Reedus” follows “The Walking Dead” fan-favorite star and motorcycle enthusiast as he hits the open road to explore local biker culture and celebrate the best and brightest collectors, mechanics and craftsmen around the country. This one-hour installment of “Ride with Norman Reedus” will feature Reedus with a riding companion – notable guests include Peter Fonda, Robert Rodriguez and Balthazar Getty – as they journey to new destinations throughout the United States, including North Carolina, Florida, California, Nevada, Texas and Louisiana. Hosted by Anthony Anderson, “To Tell the Truth” is an anarchic and funny re-imagination of the beloved, game show of the same name. The all-new version takes the excitement to another level, featuring fun characters from pop culture over the six-episode series. Anderson presides over four famous faces, including legend Betty White (who has appeared on previous versions of the show), actress NeNe Leakes, NBA star Jalen Rose and a special guest for each episode. In each round they are presented with three people who all claim to be the same person with the same incredible talent, job or achievement. One is sworn to tell the truth while the others are not.
