“…drop and gimme twenny!”
Last week, we kicked off two back-to-back shows to galvanise everyone to get into fine fettle for their con season in 2018 – last week, Aaron Nabus joined us to showcase a number of creative recipes submitted by our audience, using excellent and fresh ingredients. This week, we look to the physical elements of staying Comic Con Fit as friend of the show and nerds everywhere, Jeff Mueller (The Mighty Jerd) joins us to give practical tips on how we can all enjoy our conventions – and our own lifestyles – so much more.

That, and all the weeks con culture news – should be a great show!

She goes to as many cons as she can and enjoys the 'long form' storytelling of the television medium. She is also a foodie and is always up for trying new and different food.
