The National Space Society has invited The Expanse to present a panel at their International Space Development Conference which will take place at the Sheraton Gateway Hotel in Los Angeles, California. The International Space Development Conference is a gathering of the world’s greatest scientists, engineers, astronauts, and space entrepreneurs. Many of these incredible individuals are fans of The Expanse and some admit to having found inspiration from the series. Therefore, it is only fitting that the best science fiction show on television, which uses actual science as a “character,” should present a panel at the conference.
The panel for The Expanse is scheduled for Friday, May 25, at 5 p.m. with Kyle Hill (Nerdist, Because Science) as moderator. The panel will include Naren Shankar (executive producer and showrunner), Steven Strait (James Holden), Cas Anvar (Alex Kamal), Wes Chatham (AmosBurton), Cara Gee (Camina Drummer), and (tentative) Shoreh Aghdashloo (Chrisjen Avasarala).
To attend or purchase a day pass to this event, please contact Aggie Kobrin, National Space Society, at firstname.lastname@example.org or 949-836-8464.
