Walker Stalker and Heroes & Villains Join Forces in San Jose

by Transmute Jun

Pop culture fans are getting ready for a double bill of cons coming to the San Jose Convention Center, December 1-2. Walker Stalker, a convention highlighting actors and merchandise related to The Walking Dead television show. Walker Stalker is a fan-created convention, and has been bringing Walking Dead events around the country for about 5 years. While its biggest show is held annually in Atlanta, attracting the majority of the current cast members, the smaller events also provide fans a chance to get up close and personal with actors from the Walking Dead universe. Guests at the upcoming San Jose con include Steven Yeun (Glenn), Chandler Riggs (Carl), Michael Cudlitz (Abraham), Alanna Masterson (Tara), Khary Payton (Ezekiel) and David Morrissey (The Governor), among many others. Attendees can purchase individual autographs and photo ops, as well as see the actors during stage panels (panel schedule to be released the week of the convention).

As an added treat, Walker Stalker is joining this year with Heroes & Villains Fan Fest, a more general pop culture con started by Stephen Amell of Arrow fame. Stephen himself will be in attendance, as well as other stars such as Val Kilmer (Batman Forever, Top Gun), Robin Lord Taylor (Gotham), Rose McIver (iZombie), Danielle Panabaker (The Flash), Brandon Routh (Legends of Tomorrow) and Tyler Hoechlin (Teen Wolf, Supergirl), among others. As with Walker Stalker, attendees can purchase autographs and photo ops, and see the actors in panels.

Both conventions will be taking place in the San Jose Convention Center, and attendees who purchase a pass to one of the events also receives admission to the other. This is true for all levels of badge types, both general admission and VIP.

Tickets for the Walker Stalker/Heroes & Villains Fan Fast are still available and can be purchased here.
