Doctor Who’s End of Time comes to theaters this August


Attention Whovians!! The Doctor is making a special appearance in theaters for a special event this August. To celebrate the 10th anniversary of “The End of Time” Fathom Events along with BBC Studios will host a screening of the two-part story along with a new interview with David Tennant where he looks back at his time in the role of the iconic Time Lord.

The story, which served as the conclusion of David Tennant’s role as The Doctor, was an epic adventure that touched on a wide range of emotions for fans of the series. The characters for this two-parter was epic starting with the return of The Master (played brilliantly by Jon Simm) and the appearance by The Ood. and also featured Timothy Dalton (former James Bond, Penny Dreadful) as Rassilon, and David Harewood (Supergirl). The adventure, which was also a regeneration episode, featured appearances of The Doctor’s companions from the “Tennent Years” including Billie Piper, Catherine Tate, Freema Agyeman, Bernard Cribbins, John Barrowman, and fan-favorite Elisabeth Sladen.

This special one-night event will occur on the evening of August 7th at cinemas around the globe through Fathom Events. Tickets can be purchased at or participating theater box offices.
