ECCC 2020 Show Locations

by Transmute Jun

The Emerald City Comic Con (ECCC) for 2020 will take place March 12-15. Badges will go on sale at noon Pacific time on Wednesday, October 23. At roughly the same time, ECCC will open up block hotel options for attendees. In advance of these bookings, ECCC wants fans to know where everything will be located, so that they can book the hotel that is best suited for them.

Washington State Convention Center/The Convention Center

As always, ECCC will have its show floor located in the Washington State Convention Center (WSCC) and the connected The Convention Center (TCC)  Family gaming will be in the TCC, while Artists’ Alley and the Writers’ Block will be in the WSCC. New this year: the main lobby on the 4th floor of the WSCC that was previously used to sell ECCC merchandise will now be dedicated to cosplay

Sheraton Hotel

The Sheraton Hotel at 7th Ave. & Pike St. is back in the ECCC fold this year, and will be hosting Pop Asia, highlighting anime, manga, K-pop and similar interests.

Hyatt Regency Hotel

The Hyatt Regency Hotel at 8th Ave. & Howell St. will once again be the place for celebrity guests at ECCC 2020, hosting all of the autographs and photo ops, as well as the Main Stage. New this year, the Main Stage will have an overflow room streaming panels when the main room is over capacity.

When booking your hotel, be aware of the locations that are of most interest to you, and choose accordingly.
