Next Week in TV 3/1: Timeless With the Doctor, and More!

By Scott, DRWHO42, and Alyssa

With a lot going on around the world lately, watching a television show or movie doesn’t sound so bad right now. This week does have a lot to offer, so let’s dive right in.

On Sunday, Whovians will be joining the Doctor for one last ride before the current season of Doctor Who ends. What answers will the Doctor find in the series’ 12th season finale? Will her companions be able to survive their current (and dire) situation? Find out tonight (at 8 p.m. ET) on BBC America. Do note that showrunner Chris Chibnall will be returning for another season and it will air sometime next year. Jodie Whittaker, meanwhile, has stated that she will be playing the Doctor for (at least) another year.

Also debuting on Sunday is AMC’s Dispatches From Elsewhere (10:08 p.m. ET). The series itself is about “Four ordinary people who feel there’s something missing in their lives … they stumble onto a puzzle hiding just behind the veil of everyday life.” Catch another new episode on Monday, March 2nd at 10:15 p.m. ET.

On Monday, National Geographic Channel’s Brain Games concludes its current season on this night (9 p.m. ET). On FX, a brand-new comedy series called Breeders debuts an hour later on that network. It stars Martin Freeman and Daisy Haggard; the series itself will explore how harsh it is to be a parent.

On Thursday, Netflix’s Castlevania series returns early in the morning. On HULU, many can catch the series premiere of Devs, and it is about a computer engineer investigating a ‘secretive division’ in her company, that may be behind the disappearance of her boyfriend.

On Friday morning, Apple TV+ will house the whole first season/series debut of Amazing Stories. This new take on the popular 1980s show is a “re-imagining of the classic anthology series.” So, check it out!

As for everything else airing soon, the listing itself will assist you on your viewing search, and it is located below. As always, do let us know what you will be watching when visiting the FoCC forum. Do take care, everyone!
