Next Week in TV 1/10: It’s WandaVision Debut Week, and More!

By Scott C. & DRWHO42

So, you want something fun and weird to watch during these next few months, and you say you like Marvel, too?

Well, Disney+ and Marvel Studios have something for you beginning on the morning of January 15th in a new series called WandaVision! Set after the events of 2019’s Avengers: Endgame movie, this brand-new series will have nine episodes to watch in the show’s first season, while also being the first series set in Phase Four of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The series’ main stars are Elizabeth Olsen as Wanda Maximoff/Scarlet Witch and Paul Bettany as Vision for some crazy weird mayhem. Matt Shakman, meanwhile, is the director. Lastly, the early buzz online by some of the media for WandaVision has been good thus far, which is great to see.

Rewinding to Sunday night (January 10th), we have Starz’s American Gods returning to action for the third time (a third season) at 8 p.m. ET.

Then we have Chicago MedFire, and P.D. all back from their winter breaks on Wednesday night (January 13th) on NBC. CBS’ Seal Team and S.W.A.T shows are also back that same night. Yes, the listing below will have all of the times of each series listed below.

Netflix then has a new movie to check out on Friday Morning (January 15th), and it is called Outside the Wire. This sci-fi movie stars the Falcon himself, Anthony Mackie, and it is about a “Drone pilot sent into a war zone; finds himself paired with a top-secret android officer on a mission to stop a nuclear attack.”

In some recent entertainment news, we have found out that The CW has said ‘no’ to bringing the Arrow spinoff show Green Arrow and the Canaries series to life. The Woman in the Window, after a series of delays, will long last stream on Netflix sometime during the first half of 2021, while Loki season two is being worked on as we speak for the streaming platform Disney+. And last but not least, this year’s Grammy Awards show will now air (hopefully) on March 14th instead of January 31st; this date change was due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic that’s tormenting Los Angeles, California.

So, what will you be watching next week? Let us know what you’ll be watching when visiting the FoCC forum. Also, don’t forget that the rest of the TV schedule is listed below.
