Emerald City Comic Con (ECCC) was one of the first cons that was canceled in the wake of COVID-19, back in March 2020. Organizer ReedPop attempted to reschedule ECCC for August 2020, and then March 2021, but both dates ended up being cancelled. Finally, ECCC is back, with a scheduled show for December 2-4, 2021 in Seattle, WA.
Pre-sale badges for the show are now on sale, for those with ReedPop Metaverse Superfan memberships. Fans who purchased premium badges for 2020 (which included pre-sale access) will be able to get their badges on August 3 at 10 am (Pacific time), while the general sale (for all attendees) happens on August 4 at 10 am (Pacific time).
4-day badges for ECCC 2021 are $125, but as in 2020, ECCC is also offering different premium badges for this year. The Fanatic package costs $230 and includes first access to the show floor each day, while the Collector package costs $270 and includes first access to Artists’ Alley each day. The Superstar package costs $315 and includes guaranteed access to Main Stage panels for the entire con. Lastly, the Family Plan costs $400 and includes badges for 2 adults and up to 2 children for the entire show.
With badges now on sale, fans are getting excited for the return of ECCC! Do you plan to attend? Join the conversation on the FoCC forums!
