Next Two Weeks in TV 7/17: Doubling the Content!

By Scott C. & DRWHO42

San Diego Comic-Con 2022 is this week, so it means that many of us at the blog will be busy covering the event, thus we decided to double the TV schedule to make sure your escape from the summer heat is still covered.

The next few weeks will have several things to watch, such as more shark specials on several nature channels listed below, HBO Max’s Harley Quinn animated series returns for its season 3, Are You Afraid of the Dark? is also back on Nickelodeon for its season 3, and American Horror Stories returns for the 2nd season to…well, more horror mischief on Hulu. Want to know more about how movies are made? Well, check out Disney Plus’ Light and Magic series. Overall, the two weeks listing located below will have more information about the shows we mentioned, and those that were not.

Quickly to some news. HBO Max’s Close Enough animated series has been canceled after 3 seasons, while actor Rafael Casai has been cast in Loki’s 2nd season that will stream on Disney Plus. Andrew Garfield will play as Richard Branson in the limited series called Hot Air, and Amazon Prime Video’s The Boys spin-off series is titled GEN V.

Also, director Dean Fleischer-Camp will be directing the live-action version of Disney’s Lilo & Stitch. Lastly, a new trailer has been released online for the upcoming Amazon Prime Video series Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power. To see it, click here.

That is it for now. Until next time, let us know what you will be watching when visiting the FoCC forum. You can also follow us on Facebook and Twitter, and do note that our Comic-Con 2022 coverage ramps up to 3000 this week! Have a great two weeks!
