Next Week in TV 9/24: Gen V, Meg 2, Power Rangers Cosmic Fury, and More!

The Fall season has officially started, so it is time to get it going with a bang!
But before highlighting the series of the week, the animated series Futurama has to be highlighted first since the 11th season finale streams on Monday, September 25th, on Hulu. But do not fret because season 12 is already in the works as of this writing!
Friday, September 29th, will have it all, like the Disney Plus special Marvel Studios Legends that focuses on character variants and the group TVA. The Meg 2: The Trench (which was originally released in theaters during the summertime) will finally be streaming on Max. So, if you like sharks and monsters, we recommend this cheesy Meg 2 film to scratch that itch.
The 30th season of Power Rangers streams on Netflix, and the series this time is Power Rangers: Cosmic Fury. Yes, the series is heading back to space!
Alright … the series of the week, in the blog’s opinion, has to be Gen V. This The Boys spinoff series is about wanna-be superheroes going to Godolkin University, thus facing the usual college life but with a dash of superpowered humans. The series debuts on Amazon Prime Video on Friday!
Quickly in the news, the WGA and studios have been talking the last few days, with a Sunday, September 24th, meeting planned to try to finalize a deal. Hopefully, a good deal will get done soon!
