SDCC 2024 Open Registration Date Announced

San Diego Comic Con (SDCC) 2024 Returning Registration was held November 4, allowing those who had badges in 2023 the first shot at getting badges for next year’s show. Those who did not get what they wanted in Returning Registration, or did not qualify for that sale, are able to participate in Open Registration. Comic Con International (CCI) has quietly posted on their web pages that Open Registration will be held on Saturday, November 18.

This sale will be held in a similar manner to Returning Registration, with the waiting room opening at 8 am Pacific time and the sale beginning at 9 am Pacific time. Hopefully, CCI has learned from the problems with the Returning Registration sale and will carefully moderate the flow of attendees into the buying pages, to ensure that none of the crashes experienced in the prior sale happen during Open Registration.
