Scream Queens is renewed----really?

It was lagging in the middle, but definitely had a great ending.

Not sure there's more plot to go on, though. A second season seems like it would fall flat...

Both Barccarin, 36, and McKenzie, 37, star on Fox’s Batman prequel Gotham - in which they play characters who are also expecting a baby. Baccarin told People the Gotham plotline dovetailing with the couple's real-life was “a total coincidence. They were already planning on doing that with (our) characters when I got pregnant. When I told them they were like, 'Okay, great!' and I was like, 'What?' It worked out perfectly."

Never watched it but I know Screen Queens from the trolleys during SDCC 2015.

What are you, Worf? Do you tremble and quake with fear at the approach of combat? Hoping to talk your way out of a fight like a Human? Or do you hear the cry of the warrior, calling you to battle, calling you to glory like a Klingon?

They also got a tax credit to film in CA so they moving shooting locations as well.

To be honest I do not watch it but it is probably better than a reality show.

You would think it would be right up my alley but I just didn't like it.  Tax credit would be a fair explanation for a renewal.

Agreed! I actually really liked the first season because it was just my type of ridiculous horror/comedy, but I feel like they completely closed the story up in the last episode. The thought of a second season feels like it may enter bad horror movie sequel territory, but I'm sure that I'll give it a chance anyway, haha.

No Supergirl though.

Do suspect they will announce that later.

CBS hinted at a renewal during an investor meeting a few weeks back. My money is on renewal.

If they have any common sense, they will renew Supergirl.

Let's hope so! The show has really grown into something great.

Any word on Lucifer?  Just finished binging the current episodes and I am pleasantly surprised at how much I like it.

I agree. Every episode brings more great character development for multiple characters.
