I did manage to get tickets that were on the floor. They werent vip packages though. Its insane, on the vip packages on floor was like 899 to 749. I logged in at 930, didn't get into the waiting room till 9:50. Then at 10:03 paused. Took about 4 hours to get tickets. So insane. At least with comic con they provide us with some entertainment.

Wow!!!  When you start to type in Taylor Swift in Google it automatically comes up with the ticket sale issue.  This is really a matter of Ticketmaster not adding infrastructure to handle the load (IMO).

Yeah, and as a 46 year old punk rock kid of the early 1990's seeing Swift fans raging against Ticketmaster makes me smirk with a "yeah, Pearl Jam tried rebelling against them in the 1990's - good luck to ya"

(FWIW I saw a show on Pearl Jam's anti-Ticketmaster tour and it was...not ideal, to say the least; THEY were great, the venue was awful, and from all I've read/heard those US tours were quite the headaches for the band & management)

And what really sucks, is that there IS a system to prevent this pretty well.  When Pearl Jam toured this past spring/summer/fall, they had a system where if you had to sell your ticket(s) you could ONLY sell it back for face value, and anyone busted scalping got banned.  Seemed to work out pretty good for fans, from what I read online.
