Horton Grand Theatre question
« on: July 20, 2018, 10:25:31 AM »
Anyone who has done the screenings in Horton Grand, are your tickets assigned seating? Or do we have to show up and line up early to get good seats?

Thank you!

I got two tickets to a screening for tonight and there are specific seat assignments on them. I’m not sure if that’s set or it varies per panel. I’ve nrvrr done it before either

Earper? ;) That’s why I’m asking. Cause we were wondering if the numbers were also seat assignments

Where was the line at? My wife looked everywhere in sails and only saw autograph.  Was it maybe closed up before she got in (around 945)?

It’s limited signing and horton. The line is actually right outside of Sails and across from Ballroom20. People were lined up early. Like, before the sun was up. We didn’t pull until 9:40ish. May have been done? Or the line was long behind us

Really wanted to do the screening but had no idea where to line up.
How was the screening? I'm guessing Selick introduced it? Any good gifts?

Soooooooooo. They super messed up. And gave out standby tickets to the first at least 20-30 tickets (maybe longer idk). I didn’t realize it until late in the afternoon. Didn’t work out for me. But from looking at twitter the cast introduced the show. Didn’t look like there was any swag. Not sure if they talked much. But I’m guessing they didnt want to say too much since the panel is tomorrow. Today was a bust lol. I cant even be mad. I did have signing though with Neil Gaiman. That was cool. Except I didnt bring any of my books. Lol ngl. I was upset in the afternoon. But after seeing they didnt do much for what I’m gonna watch at home...I was ok with it

The Nightmare screening was disappointing too. The seat numbers don’t matter though. The row number corresponds to what you get on your ticket though.
