I'd have a lot more compassion towards OnPeak if they were just a small company trying their best with the massive task of SDCC...

...but the truth of the matter is this a huge contract they have with CCI and they are the leading company (only company? seems like they have very little competition) that handles gigs like these, and this isn't their first rodeo. Transparency with consumers and having CSR's on the same page seems like a basic requirement that should be met on this scale.

agreed, I would would like to see a consistent process and procedure... it's the uncertainty that i find the most egregious. I don't mind the waiting it's part of the sdcc stress but for god's sake have ONE written up policy on exchange/process/procedure etc. all.

I feel like they'd be more successful with dealing with their client base if they'd give a survey (detailed - not one of those quickies) after the transactions for the hotels that allowed for feedback, and maybe even did something with the information they'd received from their clients... it'd streamline the processes for sure.

Is onPeak the only company that can handle CCI's hotel reservations? Is there not another company? I'm sure CCI receives their fairshare of onPeak complaints. If majority of the public is unsatisfied with the service why would CCI keep them as a vendor?

Got Springhill Suites downtown.

I got in at 9:01:27, and it was NOT in my top 6.

I shouldn't complain since it's still downtown, but I'm definitely disappointed.

I'm furious.  I got in immediately and was just given Hotel Republic which was not on my list.  This makes no sense to me at all.
