Amazon: The Man in the High Castle
Amazon will introduce Comic-Con audiences to a one-hour drama series based on Philip K. Dick's Hugo Award-winning 1962 alternative history novel The Man in the High Castle. The series explores the world that would have resulted if the Allied Powers had lost World War II. America and much of the world have now been split between global dominating powers Japan and Germany. As tension mounts between the two, resistance builds against the oppressive regimes amid questions over what is real and what is not. Entertainment Weekly's Jeff Jensen will be the moderator with panelists that include executive producer Frank Spotnitz (The X-Files), producers David Zucker (The Good Wife) and Isa Dick Hackett, and cast members Alexa Davalos (Clash of the Titans), Luke Kleintank (Pretty Little Liars), Rupert Evans (Hellboy), Cary Hiroyuki Tagawa (Mortal Kombat Legacy), and Rufus Sewell (Killing Jesus).
