My son and I are disappointed too. We really enjoyed this show, especially Nathan Fillion.

Poor Nathan Fillion I tell you.
Fun isn’t something one considers when preparing for Comic-Con, but attending does put a smile on my face

Whiskey Cavalier canceled. I thought it was a fun show.

I enjoyed it and felt like it had a bunch of potential, wish they would have given it a chance for a second season.  It seemed like it was a combination of Leverage and Chuck and the characters were finally settling in and getting to where I cared about them a little.

I wanted to like The Passage and the cast was pretty great but the show was just so so bad. :( Maybe I would have been able to like it if I hadn't read the books but Fox made it into a super-generic vampire show with a cute kid and it was so disappointing. The last 4 episodes are still on my DVR unwatched.

I didn't read the books and I was finding it hard to enjoy.  I wanted to like it but it seemed to never get to the point.

Poor Nathan Fillion I tell you.

He was replaced in season 3, anyway. But yeah, he’s a modern Ted McGinley.

Awwww, I liked this one too. Oh well. I stopped getting invested in TV series after the Flashforward debacle in 2010.  :(  Everything I like gets canceled.

I'm sad too, Counterpart was so good. On the bright side no need for Starz subscription then. Flashforward was such a good idea...and then all over the place...and then no where to be found.

NBCUNIVERSAL and Syfy have swung the ax.

Happy and Deadly Class have fallen.

Wynona Earp is running into production finance issues so this is also a troubling sign for fans.

Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

As a big fan of the comics, I thought Deadly Class was a very good adaptation and was looking forward for more.

Swamp Thing is done.

IMO WB should rethink their streaming strategy and just combine with HBO & Cinemax to have ONE platform.

Everyone needs to rethink streaming.  At some point streaming will reach a tipping point.  There's too much content, and not enough hours in the day to watch all that is out there (IMO).

I went to a great panel a couple of years ago which featured a number of people who work in the streaming industry. Their general consensus was that the explosion of streaming services would reach a tipping point, and then they would start to merge. By the time the merging and failures were all done, there would be about 6 major streaming services left. That does seem to be where we are headed. Services like DC Universe (which has such limited streaming content) can't continue to survive on their own.

I actually kind of liked the first episode and now I don't know if I should bother with the rest.  If season 1 contains a solid storyline it may still be ok, even if it leaves some loose threads.  But if it ends in a cliffhanger, then I especially don't want to bother.
