Use words like 'poor user experience', ' it's annoying/pain in the a$$, it makes me not want to use the service.

By ignoring it they're accepting the error.

So yeah, I contacted customer service, and they verified my account & payment info is in good standing. So I asked how do I get rid of the popup notification, and all I got was, "Oh, you can safely ignore the message."

Oooookay.

So now I have this popup everytime I log in which I have to then close, but customer service doesn't seem to think there's anything wrong with that.

I'm going to try to contact them again and hopefully get someone more helpful.

*face palms* That's ridiculous.  Obviously it's some sort of glitch, but they didn't indicate whether or not it will eventually be fixed... and they don't seem to see it as an issue either.
