For those that read the books, please no spoilers! Same goes for TV show as well but it's a little bit behind.

LOL, if you've read the books, the TV show has no spoilers... ;)

My friend always prefaces it by saying, well, now that this happened on the show, let me tell you how it really happened in the book and how this/that was left out. Sometimes he's not sure if it might be something later or if it's just glossed over completely.

Also I believe it was mentioned that books 5 and 6 occur at the same time from different perspectives so it could affect how we watch the show.

I've only watched the first season, but I haven't seen anything that was different from the books yet. There was some background stuff left out (no big surprise) so I was explaining some of that to my DH when he watched. And yes, the order of a couple of things was changed, but it doesn't really affect the overall story.

Definitely my one reason for going to the panel. When she showed up as a brunette last year, *swoon*...

CCI does not clear the room in between panels.

It'd turn into a logistical nightmare if they tried.

None.

Have to agree with Lawboy here.  If you aren't already in Hall H for Walking Dead, you won't be seeing Game of Thrones.  I guess if you are at the very front of the Hall H line, you may get lucky.  I'm sure a few people will leave.  But out of a crowd of 6000, maybe only a couple hundred tops.
