I don't believe they have separate rates booked through CCI. You could get these rates for the shoulder nights, though.

It's always best to check all available rates (Senior, AAA, etc.) to see what the different rates are.
One time booking into the Omni in Frisco, I would have normally done the Senior rate, but found a $0 rate with breakfast instead, so I book that. Free is always better!  ;)

Room Type    Deluxe Room - 1 King Bed
Select Rewards Weekend Package
Enjoy a complimentary stay with breakfast for two on us!

I love free but to feed you on top of being free, way to go!!!
A straight line may be the shortest distance between two points, but it is by no means the most interesting”

Ah, I must bring up the somewhat mysterious Pendry hotel.  Has anyone stayed there?  I looked on our hotel review thread but there are no reviews yet.  It looks a bit upscale for my rough and tumble group...yet I am curious... ???
I requested it for one of my hotels during Hotelpocaplypse the first year they were open.  I think it was 2018.  Bupkis...  I didn't hear of anyone getting it at all.  I decided not to request it again.  Also, I don't think anyone on this forum has gotten it as part of the hotel exchange.  Most everyone says not to waste your pick on the Pendry.  I don't know why CCI lists it as one of its hotels.

The Pacific is currently $195 a night on Booking.com

It's by Waterfront park and about a block and a half from a trolley station and about 3 blocks north of Wyndham San Diego Bayside.

I stayed there my first year going to SDCC and it worked for us.  It's not quite as downtown as other hotels, but it could be a decent backup if anyone needs it.

I think most of of us are just hoping the new covid surge doesn't ruin 2022 plans.

If the early manifestations of Omicron (sp?) are correct and it spreads easy but is relatively benign -- there won't be a problem.

Evidence is already pointing towards it not being benign at all....2022 is already working on way to top 2021 and 2020 on the crap list.

It's looking more contagious, but not as virulent.

That was the early South Africa study.  Studies in England show it just a virulent.  Too early to see how it does in America.
