Word is actual subscription price will be $12 a month for Disney+, ESPN+, and Hulu (where the non-family Fox films will almost certainly end up).  This is a good deal, but if you want the whole 'bang-for-your-buck' type of thing, maybe it's best to wait for the bundle program?  That cost would essentially be Disney+ & Hulu w/free ESPN+.  If you like your Disney w/Fox (and other) movies/properties AND you like sports, this may be the better deal.

Darn, I already signed up for Disney+. Hopefully they'll have an easy migration path to go to that bundle.

This was literally the easiest decision...basically a "buy two years get the third free" deal...cannot wait for November!

I saw this as one regular day at Disneyland for one person that lasts for 3 years, with no monthly bills. (Or getting 3 years of Disney+ for the price of one SDCC Transformers!).

This represents only the first Disney+ offer, for 23% off.  The $12.99/month bundle isn't supposed to be available until launch day, but that does leave time for other Disney+ offers after the "D23 Founders Circle" promotion ends.

[member=1732]SamTurtledove[/member] same, i'll likely forget I ever paid for it in 2 months but will have it for 3 years.

I know there are people waiting for the bundle deal and that makes sense, though I think the Hulu version is with ads

Yes, the Hulu version in the bundle is with ads, which is why I didn't want the bundle deal and why the 3 year Disney+ standalone deal worked for me! I was already planning on getting Disney Plus separately from my Hulu version with no ads, so getting an extra discount on top of the regular annual discount (as compared to the monthly fee) was icing on the cake.

As you know I briefly considered the bundle, but we have Hulu with no ads now and it has spoiled me...I just can’t go back to ads. :)

I have Hulu for free as part of my phone plan, and I wouldn't take advantage of the ESPN+ programming, so the Founders deal also was a good deal for me.

Same here.  No interest in ESPN+ and I prefer Hulu without ads, so the deal seemed great.

My only point of confusion is that I used the Redeem link prior to getting my email.  It let me sign up.  I finally got the expected email late yesterday and the redeem link is back on my account.  The email says I should get a confirmation email and receipt after signing up for the offer, but did not get either the first time.  However, the charge is already showing up on my credit card, so I'm assuming I should be ok.  It would be nice if somewhere in my account profile it told me what I signed up for, but don't see that either.  I'm sure it's ok, especially since they took the money, but seeing some confirmation somewhere would be nice.

I eventually received a confirmation email, but it didn’t show up right away. Hopefully you’ll get one soon!

Same here. I have zero interest in ESPN and only pay 99 cents for Hulu with ads.

I am also currently on the 99 cent Hulu plan, but that ends in November
It was a black friday deal last year.  Maybe they will have something even better this year.
