No luck for me. :(
Word is, at this time they only have standby left.

Ok, I'll guess I'll do something else. By the time I get there, might not work out. :/ Oh well, I'll try the nerdist panel at 3. Looks like no tic needed for it. A rest from the floor is the reason.

We were lined up and toward the end of the first 'blue curtain walls' lineup area across from B20. Shortly after we got there, everyone was sent outside to continue the lineup.

When our group got to the front of the Weird Al drawing, we got one lucky pull for the second last row in the theatre. On another go-around we got one standby. That was it. But we were in the first group. Weird Al was so popular that almost everyone was going for him first.

The theatre was REALLY small. Maybe 250 people max, so about the size of Nerd HQ. I was shocked that they put Al in such a small place. On the good side, it looked to me like all of the ticketed standby people got in. I think they left the back row empty for standby. Why they didn't just ticket that too, I don't know.

Anyone else make it in?

I was struggling to find the line for the panel.   I ended up about 15th in line for the LIMITED SIGNINGS line, and was sitting against the glass.  Must have been 5th for the panel raffle.  Wasn't a winner :(.  Wished it was a guaranteed ticket, especially since the raffling didn't start till 9:30am.

Lost out getting to the Mattel or Hallmark booth early in the morning for this.  Was outside the convention center at 1:00am

For those who went, how did it go? Was it super duper?

It was terrific! Al was very funny and interacted well with the audience (not really a surprise).

I took a few videos during the panel. Sorry they're a bit 'red'. I was at the back of the room and had to zoom in pretty far.
