Didn't see this posted--it's this weekend. Brand new con, $25 for both days. I have no idea how crowded it's going to be, but since I live like 5 minutes from DC, this is definitely a local for me.

Awesome Con was just that, awesome. Tons of cosplayers, comic books for miles, interesting panels. From the response on Twitter, I think its gonna be even bigger/better next year.

Yeah it ended up really awesome, lol. I was pleasantly surprised--I only went for one day, and honestly, unless they get more programming, I think a day is enough, but my friends who went both days had a lot of fun, too.

I also only went one day (Saturday), and even only like half a day at that due to other obligations. But word is they're already planning on being in a bigger section of the convention center. I'm sure more programming will come as the con gets bigger.
