Well apparently from what I can tell from hotel reviews the fee was in effect last June, well we stayed in July last year and it’s not there. So I don’t know what the deal is.
Anyone have experience with multiple people at Springhill Suites Bayfront? We've got the two queens/sofa sleeper and six people, since theoretically everyone will have a bed space and be a bit cozy on the sofa sleeper. Will we be super cramped? Also, advice on how to get room keys to take care of most everyone? I assume they won't issue us 6. Are mobile keys a thing at the Springhill? Can you hook multiple people up with those?
We've stayed at Springhill Suites Bayfront, but with 5 people. We were fine and enjoyed our stay - I think it would be fine for 6 people too. As for room keys, I believe the max that Springhill Suites Bayfront considers for a room is 5, so you can easily ask for 5 room keys. I always ask for the max allowed in the room.
The totals on the hotel site include a destination fee that kind of adds up. It wasn't included in the onPeak pricing.
I still haven't received an email confirmation that my hotel reservation was transferred over to The Sofia. Should I be worried?Edit: Nevermind, I just called The Sofia to let them know I'll be arriving late and the rep confirmed that I had a reservation for Tuesday and also the OnPeak reservation.
I haven’t received a confirmation email either (for MGH, but that could be because someone else put the deposit down and we did the OnPeak transfer after? In any case, the OnPeak info still looks good, so I’m not TOO worried. And actually I just tried to add the confirmation number to the Hyatt app, and it said I can’t because it’s through a third party.
