Star Wars Celebration 2020: August 27-30, Anaheim, CA
« Reply #45 on: July 28, 2019, 07:24:25 AM »
The first time I went was the last time they showed up in California.  It was easy to get tickets.  I can't believe they sold out of 4-day passes so quickly this time.  They are now sold out of most days except for Thursday and Sunday.  Wow.  Unlike for SDCC, it's more than a year in advance.  I remember last time, when they were still trying to promote it at a booth at SDCC because obviously, no one was signing up.

Anyway, we got our tickets.  Yay!  No way do I want to miss it.

I got tickets to Celebration. Never gone before. Is it crazy to go to DL After Dark Friday? Will there still be a lot going on at the Con?

I found when I attended in 2017 my evenings were free and we went to Star Wars Galactic Night (I think universal?).  I don't know if there is a difference when it's in Anaheim.

Not sure when tickets became available today for AP, but I checked at about 1:30 AM Pacific.

Do know that Rise of the Resistance won’t be running during Star Wars Nite.

Do you know or are you assuming based on their other theme nights?  Because they might run it differently than their other theme nights since this is falling during Celebration.

I just picked up tickets today! I am an annual pass holder - so excited to go! But that's a bummer about Rise of the Resistance not being available.

AP presale sold out now but general sale starts at midnight online and 7am at the DL ticket booth. I figured ROTR wouldn’t be open. I’ve already been on multiple times but that stinks for other people
