The Preferred Term is Registration Codes of the Mystic Arts

Now, I know what you’re thinking. “Oh, no! Thor’s in a cage. How did this happen?” Well, sometimes you have to get captured to get a straight answer out of somebody. It’s a long story, but basically I’m a bit of a registration code hero.

To enter the Expo Logic waiting room, every eligible attendee and Asgardian will need their own personal registration code. Personal registration codes help prevent ineligible members (and Surtur’s minions!) from entering the Expo Logic waiting room. Remember, everyone has a pretty special and intimate relationship with their registration code.

Locating the link to the waiting room and your personal registration code is simple, no voice activation required! Log in to your Comic-Con Member ID account and select the “Registration Info” tab, where you’ll find them in Odin’s Vault! As a backup, both have also been sent to you via electronic letter (it’s called an email). Make sure to keep your registration code safe and secure, because that’s what heroes do!

The Expo Logic waiting room will open for registration code authorization at 8:00 AM Pacific Standard Time (PST) on November 16, 2019. However, arriving at 8:00 AM PST isn’t necessary! We suggest authorizing your code 10 – 15 minutes prior to 9:00 AM PST to avoid falling for 30+ minutes! But don’t be late! You must authorize your registration code for entry to the waiting room prior to 9:00 AM PST. The waiting room will close promptly at 9:00 AM PST and if you do not enter your code in time, you will be shut out!

After 9:00 AM PST, Expo Logic will begin randomly moving members from the waiting room to a registration session. Regardless of what time you entered the waiting room, you may or may not be selected for a registration session.

5 REGISTRATION CODE TIPS FROM THE GRANDMASTER
TIP 1: If you are accidentally removed from the Expo Logic waiting room or temporarily lose connectivity, don’t worry! You won’t need Thor’s hammer to get back in! As long as you entered the Expo Logic waiting room prior to 9:00 AM PST, you can easily return by using the waiting room link and re-entering your registration code. Removal from the waiting room will not impact your chances of being randomly selected for a registration session.

TIP 2: Registration codes are good for one entry into the waiting room only. If Korg and Miek will be using the same computer, they need to use a different browser for each registration code. DO NOT use different tabs within the same browser. Access denied.

TIP 3: Please don’t attempt to enter your registration code on multiple devices and browsers! Doing so will authorize the most recent device/browser the registration code was entered on, rendering your previous session unauthorized.

TIP 4: We highly suggest only joining a well-organized badge buying group. Avoid joining groups with anyone named Surtur who has a crown that looks like a giant eyebrow. Your group will need a good communication process to be successful. Once a Member ID is used in a registration session, it is locked for 15 minutes or until the session is closed. And remember, if your Member ID is used by someone in your group, you will not be able to use it if you are also selected for a registration session.

TIP 5: Your personal registration code is embedded in your waiting room URL. Do not post pictures of your waiting room or registration session online, or Hela will be able to use your code and your session will expire. Remember, Hela is ravenous. If you let her, she’ll consume the registration codes and all the cosmos.

Thank you for joining us! Now, we were about to get on this ginormous spaceship and read all of the information here. Wanna come?
