And makes me think the exhibit hall is going to be SUPER crowded (more so than usual on most days).

Yeah, I think everything is going to be thrown off this year.  I am already planning to line up early for other panels.

I've only gone to the Horton Theater once - for the Babylon 5 panel in 2015.  Got a ticket in the morning from Sails but for that panel I believe they were just being given out (so it wasn't a random drawing).  A ton of people also got in on standby by lining up at the Theater. 
Waiting to see if they do anything different for Deadpool since it sounds like it will be super popular - I'm suspecting the 'draw' in Sails will be more random/lottery like rather than being given out to everyone that wants one.
