I've had a couple problems with Disney+

1. It doesn't work with Private Internet Access VPN, at least for the authentication portion. I have to get off VPN, go through Disney+ auth, then I can reconnect VPN and watch shows just fine. It's a known issue with PIA, and hopefully they can find a fix
2. For some reason, playing shows through Chrome on my Dell laptop, the sound keeps cutting in and out. I thought it was VPN, but it's the same issue whether it's on or off. Then I thought it was the connection, but I can stream just fine from my PC. Then I decided to try streaming from FireFox, and no more sound issues. So I dunno.

There's a Black Friday sale for Roku devices, so I'll probably pick up the Roku Ultra for $49.99 (normally $99.99) so I no longer need to stream from my laptop.

Have people been able to stream this from more than one location at a time? I'd like my son to use this while away at school, but we want to use it at home, too.

Same situation, kid at school, and so far it hasn't been an issue. Though he has finals next week so better not be streaming too much ;) Disney says you can have up to 4 streams going at the same time.

Thanks. I have PlayStation Vue, and though we can stream multiple devices at once, they can't be in separate locations.

So far we have 3 locations where we’ve been able to watch - brother’s apartment, my apartment, and moms house (which is in a different city)  and we’ve all been able to watch.

My son and I were both able to watch at the same time from different cities. Don't know if it matters but I was using a tv app and we was just using a browser, both under different profiles.

I've been having trouble streaming Mandalorian ever since it debuted. I thought it was Disney's server being overwhelmed. Now, I just think maybe they have higher quality than my something will allow. Anyone using Fire Cube with Mandalorian? Does it work? I'm trying to rule out Fire Cube or AT&T. Our fiberoptic line is horrible here. We have their fastest available and it's only 24 Mbps. I've heard of 1000 Mbps, but I'd kill for 100.

In order to not have my show pause every few seconds, I have to connect my phone to the TV. Works well that way, but wish I didn't have to do that.

Anyone else get the notification that "Your payment method is about to expire. Update your payment info" ?

I don't understand why I'm getting it. I got in on the founder's bundle which is good for three years. And the credit card I used doesn't expire until 2022. But just in case, I re-entered my CC info, but I'm still getting the notification.

Perhaps contact customer service for Disney Plus and inquire about it, just in case.

So yeah, I contacted customer service, and they verified my account & payment info is in good standing. So I asked how do I get rid of the popup notification, and all I got was, "Oh, you can safely ignore the message."

Oooookay.

So now I have this popup everytime I log in which I have to then close, but customer service doesn't seem to think there's anything wrong with that.

I'm going to try to contact them again and hopefully get someone more helpful.
