We must be slipping, or has this info been out there for a while, and I just wasn't paying attention.

CCI updated their website on info for returning registration.  I saw an article about the update from the unofficial blog.  No date yet, of course.

I did keep it generic at “a” group not to imply all groups.
I don’t know if the difference was timing/price for fright night, a different site since today wasn’t showclix, or fright night didn’t immediately pause, in case the people with the bypass could still get in while the virtual queue paused a few minutes into today’s party.

I have found that people can't keep a secret so it probably got shared more this round.

And they didn’t get far enough through the queue to even fill one of those stages.  I was 3300 and still 20 minutes out, I read that someone in the mid 2000s got in just before the cutoff.

Very bummed there are panels sold out already. Doesn't make me optimistic for when they reopen. If I didn't have press obligations I'd definitely reconsider attendance, this was very poorly handled.

You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login I have revised my thinking. I think the panels I wasn't able to access was the servers way of saying I was not eligible for that panel due to double booking.

it bears repeating
If you click on a link & it has a red/orange icon in the time slot, it's a conflict
If the panel isn't avalible then it's sold out

There have been screenshots posted on social media showing that a Funko group hacked the system to bypass the virtual queue, and they snagged the Funko reservations.  🤦
I think this goes down as the biggest con cluster I’ve ever seen.

Let's be careful saying Funko Group hacked it, as I am in many and we all have nothing.  I don't want us all lumped in with those jerks!  Also, I believe these groups charge for membership and bypass more than just funko events.

Sadly though there are two groups that hacked into fright night and the queue system today (from what I gathered).  Though with fright night some of us still got through and this was an insane mess.  So at what level are these hackers functioning and how many in the group do they have?

This is more reason why people need to stop paying stupid prices for this stuff! I personally won't buy above cost but so many are willing to throw hundreds of dollars at this stuff.

Wow.  They must have had very very very early places in line.
Don’t you mean two former friends?  🤣
