Price Per Night: I only reserved for one night before my friends get into town. It was around $250. I am only looking for someone to pay about $50 to share. It was booked with travel rewards so no extra cost to me, but it is a nice place with free breakfast.

Smoking/Drinking: I am allergic to cigarette smoke and I drink a little. I don't care if you do either outside of the room, you can drink inside.

Spaces: 2 spaces: A pull out couch and maybe a queen bed

Preferences and Description: As long as your clean and tidy there shouldn't be any issues.

Smoking / Drinking: No smoking in the room or smoke-smell on clothes.  Drinking ok, but not wild.

Spaces: 1 space available.  We will have 6 including you.

Some of us are cosplayers, and some are not.  Some will be out very late, and some will be out very early.  We are respectful, friendly, and chill.  I am 42 and some of our roommates are in their mid to late 30s.  Kay is working the Con (reporting / writing).  The rest of us are just attending to see stuff and hang with friends.  This is my 12th or 13th Con.  We are going to try to keep the room clean and organized, as there will be 6 of us.  Our crew is into Star Wars, Pokemon, and Marvel.  I am not about waiting in lines, so I'll be wandering and playing Pokemon Go. 

Additional preferences for roommates: Don't be too light of a sleeper, as we'll be coming and going at all hours (cosplay, hair-dryers, etc.).  We'll be respectful, but we also need to get ready.  Please be clean and keep your dirty laundry in a bag.  Be friendly, respectful, and chill.
