That is so 2 days ago.  Here's what came out today.  3 studies that indicate that it maybe less severe.

It switches back and forth every other day....so come back tomorrow and it will be the other way.
Either way sounds like thousands more people will die in the upcoming surge over the next month or so....

I got the Residence Inn Gaslamp back in July/August when they first showed availability that week.

I got the Omni a while ago.. $400 per night, which isn't cheap, but it's better than nothing if I don't get a downtown room in the lottery.

My sister booked the Gaslamp Plaza Suites for the four of us at an exorbitant price which we're probably gonna stick with but I'm still trying to figure out how we'll afford it. Staying at the Gaslamp Plaza Suites has been so great, we got spoiled.
Months ago, she also booked a backup at the Horton. Here's hoping we get to go and we all have somewhere to stay! And we can afford to eat, too!!!

How is it that I not heard of this charming hotel? Just took a peek at their rooms and such.  Very European stye.  I noticed they had a statement- "Non-registered guests are not allowed after 11:00 PM."  You are not allowed to view links. Now the Gaslamp Plaza Suites is showing no rooms available.  Looks like you got in under the wire.

The Horton is still showing some availability.

My initial plan B would have been a non downtown hotel.  I like Humphrey's Half Moon Bay.  I stayed there my first year, and I liked it.  But now you guys got me thinking.
Phasers on Stun!!!

Actually a week or two ago, I saw the Bayfront had availability if you wanted to spend $1200/night.
