SDCC 2022 Shuttle Service

For those with mobility issues / ADA , this is certainly not convenient. 
If ida known this was how shuttles drop off / pick up would be scheduled, I woulda returned my badge and requested a refund. In 2019 I stayed at Marriott Marina adjacent to convention center  so didn’t think once about the shuttles. Argh

CCI should provide special ADA transportation for those that require it. You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login

I am planning to utilize the shuttle service when I come down on Thurs. I am staying at one of the hotels from Thurs-Sun. Thing is, I won't have my badge on Thurs., since I am a volunteer. I did my 3 hours today but they don't pass out volunteer badges until tomorrow (and I can't go pick it up tomorrow). When I check into my hotel on Thurs, I will need to take the hotel shuttle down to the Convention Center. Will they give me hassle about taking the shuttle since I don't have my badge yet? Thanks!

It's very possible they will give you a hassle if you don't have a badge.

Probably a good idea to have a print out of the volunteer email or have a screenshot.  That should qualify as "an official badge member" for the ride to pick up a badge downtown.
