Press passes are up, not sure how to prove one is worthy of getting one, since they did tighten the requirements to score one, but give it a shot!

Thanks, I'm actually waiting for pro registration to open up. Got my pro pass last year so I'm hoping I get it again this year.

MTS garage is nice, close-by; but I had a time getting back in late nite/early morning, the gates were closed and the nite watchman (watchmen?) had to let me in. Don't know if that's still the case but it was kinda different.

I want the peace of mind of pre-paid parking. There are 4-day passes on sale on eBay. I want to try bidding, but if we end up paying over the face value, will the parking pass be cancelled?

The official Comic Con parking website says "Parking passes are for personal use only. Anyone found purchasing multiple passes or reselling passes at more than face value risk having permits cancelled and forfeiture of parking fees."

BUT, how do they find out?

Has anyone ever heard of parking passes being revoked?

It'll likely be too busy for them to check every single pass but they can choose to verify if the info matches.

I really, really wouldn't recommend buying it on eBay or Craigslist or anywhere like that as it would just help provide incentive for scalpers to continue to do this.  But do what you have to to make your trip easier for you.  ???

Mine had text.
Here is the text
Quote
Greetings,

Thank you for participating in this year's Comic Con pre-paid parking program!!

We would like to take this time to remind you of the following:

- Please print your permit(s) as parking facility attendants do not have the equipment to process digital permits.
- We do not require you to contact us to provide updated vehicle information.
- Each permit is for single use only. If we identify your permit being used for multiple vehicles, this could result in revocation of parking privileges and additional charges to your credit card.
Enjoy your visit to Comic-Con 2012!!

Thank you,
Ace Parking

Edit: I got it twice

Thanks.  I figured it was similar to the one they sent out last year at this time.  Weird.

The one last year was funny tho. I came in like 2 weeks before SDCC and said something like "Thank you for ordering parking during the 2010 SDCC.  Did you know we are now selling parking for the 2011 SDCC?"  Now at that point EVERYTHING was already sold out.  Lucky for me i did not wait around for the emails to get my parking passes
