So I finally got an email from the Hilton Bayfront and will be receiving a full refund. I originally booked a non-refundable room directly though the Hilton App. I made my request for a refund on May 5th through the Hilton.com online form. Got an email from Hilton corporate the next day that they had forwarded my request to Hilton Bayfront Management. On June 16th, got an email from Debby Stephens, Manager of the Hilton Bayfront, asking to verify if I wanted to cancel my reservation. I received a reply they next day that I would be refunded. I am still waiting for the refund to go to my credit card.
