Probably a dumb question but do professionals ever get separate hotel lottery like how vendors do? Or do they get included with everyone else at hotel lottery?
Follow up question: do Professionals have a better chance at attaining a hotel based on that or is it just like general attendees and everyone has an equal chance?

This will be my first hotelpocalypse with the group. My wife and I usually stay at Manchester Grand. We’ve stayed at others, but the commute on the SDCC bus system is so long, we prefer walking distance. I hope I can help the group this year!!
This is my first year in a very long time I haven't been able to manage to snag a random backup hotel on a booking site during the off season. :'(They are onto us.
I'm a little confused. Are you saying in the past you could book downtown hotels at a booking site for Con Dates, or was it any hotel on the shuttle route. Just curious.
After Taxes, fees, and selling your first child to them I think everything will be closer to $350-$400. I miss thinking the $200 a night was expensive.
