Ha
One of my all-time favorite SDCC exclusives was a Hallmark ornament of The Simpsons' Comic Book Guy wearing a t-shirt that says "Worst Con Ever" https://www.antiquesnavigator.com/d-2849129/comic-book-guy-worst-con-ever-simpsons-hallmark-ornament-new-in-box-sdcc-2011.html
It use to come out for Christmas, but it's so amusing to me I leave it out on a shelf year-round

Red, clearly! There are too many white/black/grey t-shirts in the world. ;)
-
Red, Red, Red! It has lots more colors, too.
-
Red it is
thank you ladies
now I must resist getting the white one also
I want to see the quality & feel the feel before I get two of them
-
Aren't all their shirts made by Graphiti? Thier quality is superb.

That's so nice of you to say. They will be happy to hear you say so.
You may have noticed that the shirts are a bit different in the past year. The biggest difference is that Graphitti Designs are no longer making SDCC merch. Since the owners haven't officially announced anything, my hands are virtually tied.

I wonder if that means they might start doing Con shirts with Marvel or other companies' characters besides DC?
-
I would love to see more creative designs and collaborations. Maybe even a design competition. Exclusive for the event. There is so much talent to be nurtured!

@Miss Kitty (https://www.friendsofcc.com/forum/index.php?action=profile;u=1617) do you know if GDesigns will be having a booth at WC & selling old product? Similar to what they did at SE last winter?

I thought the license for the DC characters originated from CCI- but i could be wrong.

It's interesting you suggest that. CCI museum and a FoodBank are doing a competition for kiddos, create a new character & win 4 sdcc tix

That travel duffle bag is cute.
That's the one I liked too
-
This is exclusive to folks attending the show & is avalible at the WC merch booth close to Funko
no word if it comes in a woman's cut

That was my understanding as well. I remember SDCC used to vary its shirts: the official SDCC shirt in 2007 (which I have lying around _somewhere_) had Han, Luke & Leia on it. I remember an off-the-hook Sin City official SDCC shirt from the early 90's, well before my time, that I would've LOVED to have owned!
While I've mostly dug the DC run of official T-shirts, I'd welcome a changeup to other company's properties, though I am almost certain CCI has an exclusive deal with DC, regardless of actual t-shirt manufacturing company.

This was supposed to be the shirt from 2020, right? Glad they're selling it this year, as I thought it looked great!

yeah
I've got no idea who printed the shirt

Graphitti Designs will not have a booth selling shirts.

Hopefully they'll start branching out a bit. The Cons by CCI are overall better, but ReedPop overall typically has better official Con merch available. IMO anyway. Just in terms of diversity of offerings and including say Marvel and other 3rd party characters.

Yeah I suspect the difference between non-profit vs for-profit factor in with this one

How was everybody's merchandise?
How was the shirt quality with the change in tshirt companies?
Did anyone get the Wonder on travel bag? It looked nice, but there was not thst much info listed.
Any surprises?
