I saw this too! Hopefully they will do another autograph session this year, I'd love to have a chance at meeting them!

It isn't a official release or anything, but skip to the 2:00 mark and they get the thumbs up from Steven Moffat for a return to SDCC
-
Yay!! Thanks for the news and the links, I'm really hoping I can get into the panel! :D they did autographs last year?
-
It's the primary reason I'm attending so would be cool if all three came.
-
they did autographs last year?
Yeah but you will have to choose between the panel or autographs as there isn't enough time to do both
-
Hate when that happens...was lucky enough to see my panel and bounce out maybe 5-10 mins early so i made the signing line in time for Scott Westerfeld

I was looking at last years schedule, and the Doctor Who panel wasn't till 12:30, and the autograph signing ticket draw was at 9:00 am for them, I suppose not even that is enough time? (I know this year will most likely be different, just wondering.)

yeah you basically had to be in line early in the morning to get into the panel.
-
If you have multiple people in your party, you could have half the people go line up for the panel and half for autographs.

You could but there is no guarantee the autograph group will get a autograph as you have to win a raffle to get a chance to get a autograph and then they have to contend with the line getting into hall h as the panel group will probably be seated by then if they lined up early enough.
-
Oh I see how it works, that's too bad...I've been to cons where they hand out the raffle tickets as you enter the panel, but of course that wouldn't work at Comic Con where the rooms aren't cleared. But that's okay, I'd rather see the panel anyway! Looking forward to seeing some exclusive footage. :)
-
Ah, I suppose I'd rather see the panel then!

Primary reason I'm attending is Doctor Who. Wondering when one had to line up for Autographs or the panel? Any details or advice is greatly appreciated.
-
last year the doctor who panel was on sunday after Glee & Supernatural in Hall H (a 6K seat auditorium). I got in line at 6am & was confident I'd get in.
picture my then 11 year old boy sitting threw the glee panel.... ::)

If you want to attend the panel or autograph session get in line as early as you can be.
-
I undertand arriving at 6am or earlier is required. Since Hall H lines will be crazy what time (and where) would one recommend lining up for best chance of getting a decent seat with a moderate view? First timer so any specific guidance is appreciated.

We got in line at 2 last year and had decent seats - but I've never seen quite so many people cut in line as did that morning before doors, so we ended up probably 500 people behind where we thought we were. If you want to be up front though, you honestly better plan on getting there around 10 the night before. If you just want in, 6am is probably a good cutoff time.
