I just received an email that stated WestWorld was bringing a Roadshow experience based on the Journey into Night narrative. I am so pumped for this!
Where can I sign up to get on the mailing list for notifications for this?
Thanks

This looks like it's gonna be super awesome!!! Did anyone else go through and fill out the "application"? I got that I'd be a Soldier LOL!!! Curious to see what others get!

All booked
>:(
As far as I can tell, there's no way to sign up for the Roadshow yet. The "no reservations currently" available message is referring to trips to Westworld itself - it's just their way of explaining why you can't book a trip to the park (instead of because it doesn't really exist).

How do I sign up. I've gone to the website but don't see the application ? :(

Darn. I might not get to do this at all
Well good news: there's nothing I want to do on Sunday. I'm going to try to Westworld thing (whatever it is). Hopefully by that point in the weekend we'll have an idea how lines are working for it. And... what it is. What is it? Why aren't they saying anything? lol I need details.

Ha; sounds exactly like what the show runner's (lil Nolan) approach to the show is - tell fans (or cast) nothing, let them explore it on their own
"Westworld: The Experience"
A relentless $%^ing experience!
Yeah, the panel is gonna have to be enough for me!
(not sure if I want to try for this thursday or sunday. Sunday is my least busy day, but if its awesome then everyone will catch on and the wait will be higher)
But if the appointment process is a PITA, then that will catch on and people may not bother...Exactly...Could get better or worse if I wait. The dilemma.
I'm an outlaw. Alriiiiiiiight.
I guess the good news is they stay open a lot later than the GoT experience and some of the other off-sites. So there's that.
Have they announced a location for this yet or where to sign up?You have to sign up in person at the Hilton Bayfront lobby. No word on location yet.
Westworld: The Experience is an immersive theatrical experience that takes you into the storyworld of the show, with hidden surprises, psychological secrets and perhaps even a visit to the Mariposa Saloon, complete with Dr. Ford’s Hosts in attendance to help fulfill guests’ every desire.
For Comic-Con attendees who want to experience Westworld for themselves, Westworld: The Experience will be open by appointment only to members of the public with a valid 2017 San Diego Comic-Con badge. The Westworld appointment desk, located in the lobby of the Hilton San Diego Bayfront Hotel, will be open Thursday, July 20, Friday, July 21 and Saturday, July 22 from 9:30am PT until all slots for the day have been filled.Appointments will be available each day on a first come, first served basis, with Sunday appointments being scheduled on Saturday. This is an ultra-exclusive event with limited appointments available Thursday—Sunday only.
There’s no word yet on where exactly the offsite will be, but these will be the hours:
Thursday, July 2oth: 11:00am — 8:30pm
Friday, July 21st: 1:00pm — 8:30pm
Saturday, July 22nd: 12:30pm — 9:30pm
Sunday, July 23rd: 11am — 2:30pm
So I found this via Facebook from another person:
"So I have confirmed the location of the signup it is the Hilton. The booth will be in the left hand side in the lobby in a little lounge area I talked to the guys who are. Involved with it. It will be thus-Sat".
Sign up is at 9am. I plan to do this Friday morning - if anyone wants to buddy up in line, let me know. Right now I have no idea how lines are for this or what time people are planning to start lining up for this event. I wish we had more information about how many appointments they are scheduling a per day.
Bayfront lobby if you are facing the doors in the lobby to go outside, it's located to the left of the lobby doors.
as I was going through SDCC feeds, I came across this tweet if someone wants to take a peek!

Please post updates. I'm planning on heading over today.
At a time or the whole day?
That's pointless then. How can it be only 100 all day? Wow
Apparently they take about 100 people and lines is already at 160
Tell us if it's worth it!
If anyone wants to line buddy for saturday or sunday, lmk! I want to do this baaaaaad.
So do you think it's necessary to camp overnight?
Any reviews.
If lined up after the symphony thing tonight what are chances of getting in, I want to so much as it's just me but I'm even putting plans off for one of my only 2 days of the con to get into it.
What did you answer for the last question? Almost everyone got black hats. I'm thinking they either ran out of white ones or those had a smaller run.
What did you answer for the last question? Almost everyone got black hats. I'm thinking they either ran out of white ones or those had a smaller run.My host was confused by my answers, so she let me decide. I tried on the black hat but then changed my mind and went to grab the white hat, but she wouldn't let me. Your decision has been made she said. She gave me the wrong size though :(
I loved this experience! Totally worth the wait. I went Friday, and I was standby but still got in.
My black hat fits great, and those drinks were delicious!!
If you are going to NYCC get in line for this now! It's like interactive theater!
oh they'll have this at NYCC??
That's what the PR guy said for the Westworld offsite. My fingers are crossed for anyone going to NYCC!!
Sadly, I was looking at ebay because we really had wanted to get the Westworld autographs and could not (what a mess). People are posting those hats on Ebay for several thousand dollars. Hopefully since they are doing this at NYCC - people will stop, ignore the adds and wait for a time when the hats are not so rare.
Wasn't it at the last NYCC? I was line with someone that did it there. The way he described it, it was more involved at that one. More stuff happened during their assessment.
Ok, I just read about the one in NY - this one did NOT have VR, but did have a full on bar with drinks and activities that changed depending on your "task" or hat color etc.
There WERE different paths to take and jobs/tasks you could get: shoot-outs, poker games, and I got to mix a drink. One person a day was even chosen for "reprogramming" which sounded terrifying and fantastic too. And one young guy was talking about how he was kissed by a robot.
Yes there were glitches, I was with two other people and they were busy watching the video but I was watching the host.
It sounds exactly the same as what they did at NYCC last year then.
Well, even so ... I loved it and highly recommend it!
I sadly didn't get to go. I wasn't knocking it. I was pointing out that they did it first at NYCC last year in response to people saying they would do it again at NYCC this year. It would be really weird to do the same offset at a con two years in a row.The NYCC westworld offsite was nothing like the SDCC westworld offsite.
The NYCC westworld offsite was nothing like the SDCC westworld offsite.
Two completely different experiences, first one was vr based, the SDCC one zero vr.
I would love it if the SDCC version came to NYCC in a few months. I'd get in line first thing for it.
I was at NYCC also, he is wrong, not sure why he would say it was the same.
Here is a review of the NYCC version.

That's awesome! Can I steal it?
