Oh my! I am hoping they have some footage to show off for the new prequel series as well!

This is suuuuper interesting and not at all what I expected.  I was expecting Hall H to be a ghost town this year.  I'm really glad.  Depending on the day I may have to choose between this and something else, but I'm glad Hall H has something exciting announced at least.

I noticed Weiss and Benioff aren't showing up.  Probably for the best, people might start throwing tomatoes  :P

I'm curious to see who is going to show up. Con of Thrones is the weekend before in Nashville, so far the guests are Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, Joe Dempsie, Hannah Murray and John Bradley - so maybe some of those actors will go to San Diego afterwards.

Well, I guess this confirms that I'll be in Hall H Friday again this year.

PLEASE let Star Wars be on Saturday.... I don't need any more line competition! ;)

This could go a couple of different ways lol. Although the year fans were supposedly going to demonstrate during WB they didn’t
Fun isn’t something one considers when preparing for Comic-Con, but attending does put a smile on my face

The article indicates George RR Martin, which makes sense. but also Kit? Which doesn't make sense.  Something about that just strikes me as an excuse to casually slip in that he was in rehab.  Like. We know.  Give him a break.  (Ironically even me saying this is adding to the noise on the topic but uggghhh I'm getting tired of it).

I'm honestly surprised any actors would show up since the show is over but who knows.  Maybe their contracts stipulated a certain amount of post show appearances or something.  Those things can get murky so it's possible.

I'm strangely more excited to hear about the prequels than I am "celebrating" this show.  Last three episodes didn't leave much for me to celebrate and I'd rather move on.

Honestly I'm hoping for this too!  I don't like everything being together.  I like having to choose what's important to me.  You choose GoT. I choose Star Wars.  We don't have to compete with each other.

Exactly! This way, it works out for everybody!

Actually, *if* Marvel is coming on Saturday, it makes sense that Star Wars would too, so that Disney can have an entire huge block.

But Marvel Panel is brought by Marvel and Star Wars is brought by Lucas Film, so historically Disney being the owner hasn't mattered.  Though I don't know how all these contracts are set up and nothing is stopping them from changing the pattern!  As we continually learn

With each passing day my hope for an MCU panel dwindles.  It's still possible, but my mind has accepted that it might not happened and I'm hyper focused on Star Wars now.  Star Wars and MCU on the same day would be a madhouse.  If I recall, Star Wars was Friday and MCU was Saturday in... I wanna say... 2015? If both come, they could do that again. either way there will be large fandoms competing for Hall H.  Just too much cool stuff and only so many desirable days.  But who goes where? We'll see I guess...

Yeah I believe that was right. It was the year of the concert. I was at that Star Wars panel. It was crazy
