3. If you've been able to secure a room since the sale - No. Checked a few times the last refund day; only continuous rooms I saw were for 1 bed and I need a 2br. I saw a few hotels for scattered days pop up since then, but I'm not going to book any rooms with non-refundable deposits if I'm not guaranteed all 4 days. I currently have a backup non-lottery hotel.
