This is a classic trailer from the 70s.  I thought it was so funny, I wanted to share it here!

This was a trailer promoting a double feature bill for two horror films released in the U.S. in 1974, one of them being "The Blood Spattered Bride," the other "I Dismember Mama."  The best part of the trailer was the laughing guy who looks like Jeffrey Katzenberg in an afro.  This "advertisement" is more about the trailer than about the two films this is supposedly promoting.  Ninety seconds long.

BTW, this trailer has horror filmmaker Eli Roth's seal of approval.  He says this is exactly how he wants people to react to his films!

I never thought I would see the day where there would be a live-action Hollywood Pokemon movie... but lo and behold, here we are in 2018 (says the gamer in me, ha ha).  XD

James Earl Jones!  Yes!  I had tears in my eyes viewing this trailer for the new Lion King.
It is 2024, and I am still asking...where's my flyin' car??!! @fannishmarcia

Isn’t it a bit disingenuous to call the new The Lion King “live action” when it’s still clearly animated, just with computers instead of pens and paint? Granted, a lot of the backgrounds are probably real. But the action part (ie, the characters) are still very much animated.

Silly me.  At first I thought I was going to see real lions and tigers, and giraffes, and they would make their mouths move like in the older films.  That would have been super cool.  But then, I realized that was just not going to work with the scope of what they had to do.  So...we are left with realistic animation.  Part of me still wishes they could have worked at least one scene with real animals...wow, now that would have taken some talented animal handlers. :-\
