Here's a post I put together featuring the tweets sent out today via @elmayimbe

He's pretty legit and I believe him. Of course we'll have to wait 4 more months but it seems accurate. GoTG will probably depend on when they finish casting news and if they've actually started anything.

Thanks for posting. Very interesting!

Iirc, Marvel did skip hall h in 2011 so there is a basis for the fear. But yes, I do blame everything on the mouse, perhaps irrationally.

I know they skipped once but I feel like ever since the WonderCon news people are really freaking out.

I do agree that skipping wc doesn't necessarily mean anything re Sdcc. I can not imagine marvel and cci having a falling out.  Maybe it is as simple an explanation as Easter weekend.

Well, look at WC in general. Is there anything REALLY huge there this year?

I haven't been and can't confirm, but I saw someone saying that Marvel has skipped WonderCon something like 3 of the last 4 years - so I agree, it's really not that big of a deal.

Seems unlikely for Marvel Studios to have a 3 hours panel, He's probably assuming panels for amazing Spider-Man 2, X-Men: Days of Future past and Marvel Studios to run consecutively. If that's the case I think I'll have to camp out to get a seat.

Agent M (Ryan P of Marvel) tweeted saying that Marvel hasn't had a real strong presence there the past few years.

I think it depends on what movies are 100%. I can't imagine just 3 hours of Winter Soldier but if Thor & GoTG are there, that's not a huge stretch. They could do some random little news things too, maybe announce Ant-Man or something.

Unconfirmed but most likely making panel presence: Thor 2 & GOTG. @marvel #sdcc 7/20/13 hall H panel

If they do panels for Captain America, Thor, and Guardians of the Galaxy it doesn't seem beyond the realm of possibility.  I'd be rather surprised if Spider Man and X-Men were included in this as it's hard to imagine Marvel/Disney, Fox, and Sony all coordinating that  closely.  Additionally, @elmayimbe did say it that the start time was current up in the air--it might end up only being two hours.

In my fantasy world they'd also include S.H.I.E.L.D. but I doubt it'll actually happen.

If S.H.I.E.L.D. gets picked up - and I think it might - I imagine it might have its own panel in Ballroom 20. Even with the built in fanbase, I can't see them doing a new TV show in Hall H.
