Raised by Wolves

This show surprised me.  It's from Ridley Scott, one of my favorite directors.  It's from HBO, the network of GoT and WW.  With those elements I had expectations.  I was disappointed.  It reminds me of a '70s sci fi B movie.  From the look, to the special effects, to the sets, to the costumes to the acting.  Ridley Scott movies tend to have a certain look.  This doesn't have that.  HBO series tend to have a certain production standard.  This doesn't have that.  I have to think this was intentional.  It's this way to set the mood of a dreary future.  If that was the goal, they succeeded.

Started watching it.... not sure what I think other then I don't really enjoy shows that plop you into the story and then start filling it in with flashbacks. Having said that, I'll watch another episode or two before I decide to discontinue watching or move forward.
