I filled out the form on this page. In the drop down menu they have "Covid-19 General Booking Cancellation" and "Covid-19 Advanced Purchase Non-Refundable Cancellation". When I filled out the form the beginning of May, they did not have the "Covid-19 Advanced Purchase Non-Refundable Cancellation" option. My last e-mail was on May 5th where Hilton Corporate said they forwarded my request to the Hilton Bayfront. I haven't contacted anyone since then.

So I finally got an email from the Hilton Bayfront and will be receiving a full refund. I originally booked a non-refundable room directly though the Hilton App. I made my request for a refund on May 5th through the Hilton.com online form. Got an email from Hilton corporate the next day that they had forwarded my request to Hilton Bayfront Management. On June 16th, got an email from Debby Stephens, Manager of the Hilton Bayfront, asking to verify if I wanted to cancel my reservation. I received a reply they next day that I would be refunded. I am still waiting for the refund to go to my credit card.
