Wow, for them planning so far ahead then i guess it gonna be one huge event. i grew up on star wars as a kid, but it never really stuck to me really. i know i had some toys that if i had them still may be worth some bank lol. i have tried ti get any new stuff but they dont make them like used to or too much, or all the good stuff not sold where i go lol. i have some random star wars videos and all, but no toys really.

So it looks like tickets and hotels will go on sale at the same time. If you're planning to purchase tickets and a hotel room on June 5th, I'd recommend that if you're not going for VIP tickets, go ahead and try to book your hotel through OnPeak first. The closest and most convenient hotels will sell quickly, while regular convention tickets should be available for weeks/months after they go live.

I'm still trying to decide if I'm going to this. The last time I went to a Star Wars Celebration it wasn't run by REEDPop.

why are they being so secretive with the ticket types, prices, and details. OK you don't have the website built but give ticket details; we are less than a week away.

If you have VIPs thats can be a large dent in a wallet, people may want to be able to arrange funds

Also, anyone looking for a roommate?

I thought we over paid for the 4 days on VIP.  I also think 5 days is too long :)

Maybe I'll go again in a 8 years.

So it looks like Thursday will be a limited day much like 'Preview Night' at SDCC. I welcome the chance to pick up exclusives, visit booths and walk the exhibition hall without being trampled to death.

A little change on times for hotels.

  • Ticket sale first.
  • Hotel Sale follows an hour later.
